We love Cafe Beaujolais! The atmosphere is lovely, food is delicious, great wine selection and friendly staff. The live music on Fridays and Saturdays is an added bonus. We’ve been coming here for 20 years. It’s wonderful for date night, special occasions and cozy mid week dinners when you’re craving a delicious meal.

Very sad to hear that Cafe Beaujolais will be closing at the end of the month. It is one of mine and my husband's all time favorites. Best prepared duck my husband ever had. Thank you for setting high standards all these years.

Some of the finest food I've enjoyed. Very friendly service by the wait staff, very attentive and hospitable. The owner is very friendly and makes it a point to welcome you personally and see you out when you've finished. This place is a bit expensive, but believe me when I say you get every bit of value from the amazing French cuisine that you are served. We've been 3 times and have never been disappointed. I really love this restaurant. Its cozy, and charming atmosphere lends to spending a long relaxing dinner with friends. Very European style. You are able to stay as long as you like with never being pressured to leave. In fact, they will never bring you your check until you request it. The sauces prepared with the meals I've eaten are absolutely exceptional. The cuts of meat are tender, good sized and cooked to perfection as is the fish I've also had there. A perfect place to go have a nice night out with friends, or a romantic place for a date night you wont go wrong eating at this amazing restaurant.

This is the first time we try Cafe Beauolais after leaving in Eagle Rock and Glendale for more than 10 years. The services was very good, not very crowded on Wednesday. The food was excellent. Special mention to the Halibut dish. Perfect mashed potatoes that was light, the orange touch of the crusted fish was delicate complimenting the perfectly cook fish. We are planning to come back to try other dishes.

first the most important stuff: the food is excellent especially the pork chop special. french onion soup is also good. the service was excellent as well. the most offputting thing about this place was the smell. i don't know how to describe it, but it smells like a bathroom that's been cleaned with really pungent chemical cleaner. i dunno. this is something i don't complain about very often, so it's hard to put into words. that shouldn't deter you from eating here since it didn't seem to be a problem for the rest of the diners, and i stuck it out until the end.

I am a huge fan of French Bistros in general so was happy to find this one in Eagle Rock. A casual bistro with great service and food honestly always sounds good to me. Parking is easy as there is tons of neighborhood and street parking available, the menu has a good selection of items and our server was very polite. I started off the meal with a personal favorite of mine, French Onion soup, and it really hit the spot on a cold December night. I usually like a darker roux, almost brown, whereas this is a lighter broth but still a very nice taste to it. Followed up with the flamed filet mignon with Roquefort and it was delicious. It was cooked very well and the cheese was a new change for me with steak, but was an easy sell to me since I love cheese. A really all around delightful meal. I would recommend to anyone especially if you're a fan of bistros. That being said I would not suggest for a birthday or anniversary meal just because of the more casual nature of the place. I will be back again in the future it was a very nice experience.

My husband and I came here for our date night and as always it was off the chain. This place is so worth us driving 1.5 hours we love in the high desert. The food is superb, the staff is amazing and so friendly, the ambience is so welcoming. It's so worth the drive for us. What also makes this restaurant stand out is the staff and the freshness of the the food that is prepared. I want to acknowledge the staff that made our dining well worth it. Oliviet, Jim and Leo! Thank you so much for making our night great. Until our next visit in a few months. If you haven't been here at this French Restaurant Cafe Beaujolais I highly recommend you try it you will not be disappointed!!
